Oye & Ruby took such good care of me today! I felt pampered and they were accommodating of a change in plans to takedown my braids and do a silk press & trim. The takedown was quick & the wash felt like a spa treatment with steam and hot towels! Just the fresh start I needed!! Curls are bouncing & behaving! The rewards program is so helpful too - it really paid off today having an unexpected $200 discount! Thank you I will be back soon!

My silk press was awesome, it came out silky smooth and bouncy. My stylist Anitra was very clear about how much needed to be trimmed and only cut what she said she would. I also really appreciated the complimentary drinks. Only thing I wish felt more luxurious was the shampoo - it was nice, but I love getting a good scalp scrub during the washing at a salon and I didn't really get that this time. Having said that, she was super gentle with my hair. Overall I'm very happy, and my hair has held up really well and feels healthy.
