Sofia did an amazing job on my nails. Prices are good, pretty average. The inside was clean and very nice looking. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted. I would for sure go again.

She kept checking in to make sure I was happy with the way they were looking. She was so kind through out the whole appointment and I’m so happy with the way they turned out!

I’m 50 and have been getting my nails done since high school and I can honestly say this is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever visited — and that includes salons across Wisconsin and even out of state. I work in Oconomowoc and have heard my coworkers rave about Watertown Nails for months, so I finally decided to try it. I am SO glad I did. The salon has an upscale feel and is beautifully designed. It’s warm, welcoming, and not overpriced. I live in Madison, and the price is right in line with every salon I’ve been to, but the experience here is truly on another level. My nail technician was Maya, and she was wonderful. I was having a hard time picking the perfect shade of brown, and she took her time to help me find a warm brown with gorgeous red undertones. Her attention to detail was outstanding — she used techniques I’ve never seen before, and the results show. I felt relaxed, cared for, and never rushed. The separate pedicure room is such a treat — ambient lighting and the soothing sound of a waterfall wall made it feel like a spa experience, not just a pedicure. I was encouraged to unwind and actually enjoy the time, which is rare. The entire staff was friendly, fun, and genuinely passionate about their work. I can confidently say I’ve found my new home salon. I will happily make the drive from Madison every time. If you’re considering trying Watertown Nails — go. Loved my experience from the moment I walked in the door! Very friendly and quick to help. Service was quick and I was very happy with my end product. Loved my color! This was my first time and I will be back. I came from out of town because of all the good things I had heard.

Went back for a vitamin C gel pedicure. OMG! It was so relaxing, calm, peaceful, and Chloe did an amazing job. Definitely worth The money. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend pedicures as well. Lucy was fantastic. The dipping powder manicure was excellent and the hand massage and hot towel to finish was the best way to end the appointment. Highly recommend
