I highly recommend using White Dove for massages! I had been once last year and then over the summer I started going weekly because of lower back and sciatic pain related to my pregnancy. I think I was going weekly for about 3-4 months until I had my child and I largely attribute my ability to keep working despite pain with pregnancy because of the massages I received here! I was in such terrible pain and of course that only progresses in a pregnancy but each week it was like a reset with the massage. I mostly worked with Lisa, who I highly highly recommend, but had a few other masseuses that were all excellent as well. Because I was pregnant, we did the massages on my side. The prices for a full body massage are fantastic and you can pay with card (HSA included), cash, or Venmo or Zelle, which is really convenient. The studio seems very clean and is pretty quiet. A couple of times they ran a bit late for my scheduled appointment but they never skimped on the full 60 minutes! Again, I worked with Lisa the most and would recommend her but this studio is so great I ended up bringing my husband, parents, sister, and MIL for massages too and each one said their massage was great. My husband even said no one has ever been able to apply such firm pressure before! I’m taking a hiatus from massages since I just gave birth but I think a regular massage here will be on the docket once I am going out more again. Thank you to Lisa and the rest of the staff at White Dove - you helped so much with my pain and I cannot thank you enough!

Lucy was incredible! I’m a nurse and I just went snowboarding yesterday.. let’s just say I'm not as good as I once was. She worked out every knot and hit places no one else has before. I’ll be back & I highly recommend!!
