My girl Nina omg. I used to be a pretty basic nail girl, but this place especially Nina has made me into a design girlie. My nails always last until my next appointment, there’s no lifting, and she has always been able to deliver on even my most intricate design ideas. Outside of Nina, I’ve had appointments with 2 other techs who also do great work! I almost didn’t write this review because I don’t need her appointments to be more booked than they are 😭

I love the nails, great work!! And the staff was really friendly... Their system no longer uses my gift card, however the manager reached out, incredibly nice and applied the credit to my profile. Her name was Cassandra and I'm super appreciative of her help and she has great customer service!!! I would recommend this nail salon. Positive experience and kind people 💕

I have been going to White Lotus in Bothell for about a year now. Staff is always friendly and welcoming! The salon is always clean and organized, and very peaceful. Whenever I go in for an appointment, the environment is relaxing and relatively quiet. The prices are great for the quality - in my opinion. Leah is always kind and does an excellent job, retention on my nails are great - I typically get a fill every 4 weeks. Minimal lifting, chipping, and damage to nails. I only have had once incident with a nail breaking but staff was quick and responsive to help resolve the issue! Sometimes, my appointment can get backed up and I’ll have to wait (no more than about 10 minutes max.) but overall, I have had a positive experience with their services!

This was by far the best salon experience I have ever had! Everyone was so nice and my nails turned out perfect. I will definitely be going back for my next set!
