Hi, me and my friend Leah went to San Jose, and we found this cute nail store, called Winchester nails. And a lovely lady Tina took us in for a walk in and she did my nails last second before closing. She spend about 2 hours on my nails. She was so sweet she made sure and asked me if I was okay with the style or substituting something she didn’t have. In the end I was in love with all the time and effort she took on my nails. Please come to the salon she is very good and very sweet. Thank you Tina 🩷

Been coming here for the past few years now and I’ve always left very happy! Tu, the owner, is super sweet and easy to reach if you need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I normally always get acrylic with gel, but I’ve also gotten pedicures and other nail extensions and all of it has always been awesome. Their pedicures are clean, relaxing, and easy. 10/10 recommend for acrylic, gel, gel x, mani’s, and pedi’s.

I didn’t realize what I was missing from a nail salon until coming here!! I’ve been with Tina twice now (and she surprisingly recognized me the second time), who is so good at what she does and so sweet. Everyone I’ve met there too has been really caring. And I got so many compliments on my last manicure! It’s a bit farther from home than my normal nail salon but I’m making the switch because I’ve loved my experience there.

I have updated my review from what I previously wrote to reflect my new experience with Winchester Nail. After seeing my previous review online, the manager contacted me and asked if I’d be willing to come in and let her fix my nails. I accepted and am really pleased with the final result, this is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Tu! You can tell the manager really cares about her customers and providing results her customers are happy with. I was here for the first time about 2 days ago and didn’t have the best experience at first. I am now learning that it was an issue with that nail tech and doesn’t reflect the overall business. I wanted burgundy french tips and chose from the swatches and when she applied it, it looked red. I told her on multiple occasions that it wasn’t my desired color but she didn’t care and was very visibly annoyed with me. Fast forward to today, I am really happy with the final result, though I will say this could have been avoided. But I have great respect for a business who cared enough to reach out and try to make up for the initial experience. Thank you!
