I had my hair done with two of my favourite people: Ravi (haircut) and Natalia (highlights). They are incredible hairstyles with great creativity and knowledge. Ravi knows exactly what I need for my curls and Natalia always find the perfect colour combination. Today I also had the pleasure of being looked after by Svetlana, and I have been impressed by her kindness and generosity. I love W &M, it is a pricey salon but the high quality of the service is absolutely worth it!

Brilliant! Newly discovered this old gem of a salon. I have fine, non treated, wavy/long hair, that was looking flat and lacking movement/body. Valentina spent over 20mins discussing my desired result with me, and overall I had a very luxurious and meticulous hair cutting experience. Really happy with the results which in terms of technique is one of the best I’ve had - retained length, added curtain fringe and shaping around the face, with a few long layers in the back. Perfect.

I had such a brilliant experience with Valentina! She perfectly understood what I wanted to do with my hair and gave me the best trim and blowdry, whilst keeping the length. The Windle Lab products are also amazing and my hair held perfectly for several days!

Windle is simply the best. I have curly frizzy hair and phoned them to ask for guidance on a cut/ style. Paul, the owner, was very kind and suggested an in person no-obligation consultation. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The ambience of the salon was very welcoming. My consultation with Paul was great. I didn't feel forced to buy/ spend. He had very good suggestions for my hair and was very sympathetic to my concerns. I had a treatment with Svetlana and a trim with Paul on the same day as they were very flexible and accommodating. Svetlana made me feel very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed being pampered. Paul is one of the kindest and most humble people I have ever had the honour of meeting. Windle has won my heart and my wallet for I don't think I can go anywhere else ever again. And my hair looks fabulous! The curls are hydrated and soft. Thank you to the entire team! Della.

Last week I had the opportunity to visit Windle Salon London in Covent Garden, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I first received a shampoo and conditioning service from Bobby, a junior member of the team who was incredibly dedicated, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work. She used Windle products throughout the treatment, which left my hair feeling incredible. Afterwards, I had my haircut with Paul Windle, the founder and truly one of the UK’s hair-styling legends. He took the time to explain every step, carefully tailoring the cut to suit my hair and personal style — the result was both fantastic and beautiful. To finish, Valentina from the team did a lovely blow-dry that completed the whole experience perfectly. Overall, it was such a pampering experience — I genuinely felt like a queen. My hair — and I — couldn’t be happier. Thank you for everything ❤️
