The salon is super cute, clean, welcoming, and convenient to get to. Tons of street parking. I called impulsively to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in with someone the next day. I walked in and was greeted by Jeannette, who listened to my past traumatic haircut stories, talked me through her thoughts, and I walked out with the best haircut I've had in a while... she even managed to cut my bangs in a way that I can still style them at home in a manageable way, which is incredibly rare, as my bangs are moody and often make me look like Dora the Explorer. She made me feel beautiful ❤️ I love, love, loved my experience. Jeannette was kind, funny, thoughtful, and skilled. I was so glad to have been matched up with her. 10/10 highly recommend.

Really enjoy going for haircuts here. Love Janelle, she does great. Honestly the worst part is the parking due to general location in downtown Kirkland. That part is a consistent headache, but I really do love this salon feel and I very much enjoy every time I go in.
