I’ve been to many nail salons, but Ginnie is truly one of a kind. She pays so much attention to detail, listens to exactly what I want, and always makes sure the shape and design are perfect before finishing. My nails last so long and still look fresh weeks later. The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone is super welcoming. If you’re looking for someone who cares about their work and gives consistently beautiful results, definitely book with Ginnie. I go to this salon every now and again and wondered why I don't go more often, following one of my more recent visits. Following my post with the horrible customer service and experience having my nails done prior, coming to WinWin nails was like a breath of fresh air. The ambience here is always so relaxing and the staff is very attentive to the needs of the customers, and provide excellent customer service every time. I got a takeoff from the previous nails (which they were very patient with removing), and a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was very therapeutic, and the technician gave an excellent mini leg & foot massage. The manicure was also soothing, and I received a mini arm & hand massage as well. Their work was very neat & clean. Of note, they also offered me water when I had started to cough almost immediately, which was rather impressive, and they made sure that I was comfortable. I had Le, Ginnie and Mirela serve me and everyone was excellent and attentive. I was very satisfied and took my girls back several weeks later for a mani & pedi as well.
