Customer Reviews for Woodhouse Spa - Mandeville

Tony Viola — 5/5 (via Google) Oct 1, 2025

I have had two deep tissue massages over the past 6 weeks at this location. Both massage therapists were thorough in discussing my previous injuries and goals that I wanted addressed for the massage treatment. The men’s changing area was clean and included a slew of amenities (like a designated locker for belongings) for before and after the massage. The robes, shoes and lavender neck wrap were clean and luxurious. The relaxation room was calm and relaxing. All staff were polite and courteous.

It’s my bday month and a Woodhouse Day Spa 110 min massage is always one of the must-haves. I had the best time. Michelle was amazing and gave extra attention to the areas that needed it. The staff was awesome as always and allowed friends to bring in light snacks. OMG. Thank you Woodhouse. It was an amazing girls get together. B.Gail Fly

This place is phenomenal. It’s worth every penny. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, you’re treated very well. I use massage therapist Clay, and he’s great! He listens to me and cares. I love the robes and all the amenities they have. Being able to shower in their luxurious shower after is just amazing. Highly recommend Woodhouse Spa if you’re ok with the prices. It’s worth it for a high end experience!

Joni Fontana — 5/5 (via Google) Feb 4, 2026

I had two services today. An incredible facial as well as a detox body scrub. The spa is beautiful, very well kept and relaxing. All the personnel were very nice. Clayton did my body detox scrub. He was very professional & kept me informed of each step He kept me covered at all times. Rebecca W did my facial which was also amazing & peaceful Rebecca and Clayton were extremely knowledgeable and gave me several recommendations going forward. I am silky soft from head to toe. I will definitely be going back.

Savannah Mearis — 5/5 (via Google) Feb 26, 2026

I’ve only had a handful of massages in my life, but Clayton has easily been my favorite. The massage didn’t feel rushed, and I was able to truly relax (as much as a mom can with a million things on her mind.) I’ve never experienced a massage where tension in my neck released all the way down to my lower back. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever left a massage feeling this refreshed. The “quiet room” adds so much to the experience. I’ve been to another spa before, but it doesn’t even compare to the Woodhouse Spa.
