The efficiency here is unmatched. I barely had time to get comfortable on the settee before Xie’s assistant, Ms. K, whisked me away to the wash bowl. Ms. K was incredibly attentive; she made customer satisfaction a clear priority and even offered a refreshing drink (because we all know hydration is essential to life!). I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this salon. I came in for a silk press and from the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Xie was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. She was very patient and took her time. The hair wash was fantastic and my silk press looked amazing. I really appreciated how she explained every step of the process and provided details. She gave the reasoning of the products, trimming, the benefits of the products she used, and more. She asked questions to ensure I was satisfied, and her kind and funny personality made my appointment enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this salon and will be booking another appointment soon.
