I had an amazing gloss service with Hannah, it was the first time in the salon and she was so professional and also so down to earth and made me feel so comfortable and welcome to chat away.. I was patch tested beforehand which showed me alot about the salons integrity even though I'd had hair treatments for years. She took her time to find out exactly what tone i wanted but ultimately done exactly what my hair NEEDED ! I am disabled and she accommodated extra time and adapted to doing my hair wherever I was comfortable sitting even if it meant being a pain in the backside.... 5* service ! Will definitely be back ! Yet again Michelle has made my hair look absolutely gorgeous. She is a true hair artist! I had wanted a beautiful sunset colour and was struggling to find a hairdresser since moving to Hastings to create the colour and I have now found my forever hairdresser. On my first visit she created beautiful highlights and then added the incredible sunset colour over the top and this time around she has given me a gorgeous cut and again added the sunset colour on top. It wasn’t necessary to add any extra highlights as she did such a spectacular job the first time they have lasted so well, which is unheard of for me as the grey roots always seem to come through so quickly normally. Not only is Michelle a phenomenal hairdresser but she is also a wonderful woman with an amazing warm and funny personality. And as an added bonus, the salon is stunning and filled with other lush people too. Most definitely recommend Michelle and the salon to everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you

I’d been with my previous hairdresser for 20 years but when I moved to Hastings, going to london was not practical. Seeing a new hairdresser after all that time made me nervous but James was great , talkative but not too much, looked at where he could see improvement in the shape (I have short hair), made me feel very comfortable. Great coffee and an excellent playlist too. I’ve already booked my third appointment.
