⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding experience! I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and their incredible front desk team. First, a friendly Pedro prepped me for my consultation with Allison who listened to my wants but stayed honest about what I didn’t need. That goes a long way with me. She was excellent and made me feel comfortable, allowing for my thoughts or feedback at any time. She does great work taking an incremental but intentional approach to skincare and aesthetics which I appreciate, resulting in tasteful, natural results. Afterwards, I had an issue with my Canadian cards that turned into a whole ordeal with my bank — and Cloe and Davie patiently stayed past closing time to help me get it sorted. They were so kind, understanding, and professional the entire time, never once making me feel rushed or guilty. It was all sorted but their genuine care and calm energy turned a stressful situation into an experience I’ll always be grateful for. It’s rare to find that level of compassion and customer service these days. Huge thank you to both Cloe and Davie for going above and beyond — you’re absolute gems! 💛 I highly recommend YS Aesthetics to anyone looking for an amazing team you can trust.

The overall experience at YS is exemplary! I never felt like a number and the personal care and attention is truly an ingredient in their secret sauce! The professionalism and dedication of each team member is stellar. My results and amazing and I keep coming back. There is no doubt why Dr. Ben and his team are better than the rest!
Laura Roberts — 5/5 (via Google)
I want to recommend Ys Aesthetics and the amazing Doctor Ben with complete confidence. From the moment you walk in, the clinic feels extremely clean, sterile, beautiful, and well maintained. Everything looks and feels professional. The entire team is outstanding — from the front desk to every staff member. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, always with a smile. You can truly feel the teamwork; everyone is present, aligned, and genuinely cares about your experience. The quality of the product is excellent. It feels premium and, most importantly, the results last. Doctor Ben’s technique is beautiful — my lips look perfectly symmetrical, full, natural, and exactly the way I wanted them. He really listens, understands your vision, and executes it flawlessly. What I appreciate the most is the integrity of this clinic. You can tell this is a place run by ethical professionals with strong values, people who truly want you to feel happy, safe, and confident with your results — not just another appointment. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, and high-quality aesthetic clinic, I genuinely couldn’t recommend anything other than ys Aesthetics. An exceptional experience from start to finish. ✨💉💋 I’m in love with my results
