The Kirkland team is so welcoming and helpful. Suzy provided my CBD lavender scrub and moisturizer and she did a lovely job of pressure and movement to relax me. I darn near fell asleep on her table. Highly recommend her as your therapist! Definitely do an hour in the hydration therapy room at minimum, but definitely before your service. You can follow the flow posted on the wall, or do your own rotation. The rotation helps open up your body and then flush it out with the alternating of hot to cold. Euphoric! Water and refreshments available to ensure you take care of your body inside as well. Lemongrass towels in a cooler to enjoy and top it off by breathing it in while you enjoy the various rooms…especially the sauna! Two options of sal scrub to use in the steam room as well. I topped off the experience by bringing a eucalyptus shower mist bottle home. I would have purchased more products but I know I won’t enjoy them even half as much by using them myself at home. I need the full pampering self-care experience of having my therapist administer them during service. Will be back for more consistent hydration therapy, and perhaps even their monthly membership program which seems to be well with the value. Happy spa-ing to you!
