Honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had ! The atmosphere was so beautiful. So much time and care has gone into every detail about this spa and you can feel it. My therapist Coco was so knowledgeable, she really personalised my treatment to what my hair needed, she also made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I left feeling and looking so amazing. My hair feels so soft and healthy , I could not recommend this place enough !💌

this was the best experience i’ve had , most amazing head massage and treatment , also added the neck and shoulder massage which was above expectations, such a professional and welcoming service. recommend anyone that wants to relax to come here , will definitely be coming back .

I had a beautiful time at my appointment and felt very relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. Annie made me feel so looked after and special! The place is really clean, beautifully set up and the products they use are wonderful. One note is that I didn’t realise there would be an extra $25 for having longer hair (my hair sits about the middle of my upper arm). But Annie was transparent about that before we started the treatment. Just would have liked to know beforehand when booking, as I would have been interested in some add ons to the treatment such as a scalp exfoliation or mask but decided not to as there was already an extra $25 charge that I wasn’t expecting. Would definitely book again!

As a headspa enthusiast who’s had the best of the best in Vietnam - keen to find somewhere local that can match, Yusen Headspa is THE best headspa, relaxation experiences on the Gold Coast and possibly that I’ve ever had! My therapist was Lynn was incredibly thorough in both treatment and advice. She listened to my hair and scalp concerns and tailored my ‘Instant Glow’ treatment around fixing my issues. I only got the basic treatment available and it was mind blowing how good it was. There’s a significant and tangible difference in my hair and scalp afterwards - so clean, so shiny, so smooth and so so fluffy (imagine the hair wash day after you blow dry kind of refresh but 100x better). If the service wasn’t enough to rave about, the rooms, equipment and products are amazing. Each room is a Japanese style, private room that is very quiet and relaxing. The chairs aren’t just a bed and a wash bowl - they’re these electrically operated, massage chair quality, padded, sit-to-lay-down chairs that swivel for transition between hair wash and dry. The products I believe were primarily if not all Kerastase - high end salon grade hair care. Overall, I cannot recommend Yusen headspa enough if you want a meticulous, relaxing, premium hair and scalp treatment. I will definitely be going back to try their other treatments now that I know the quality of their work.

What an amazing experience, I went in having the ultimately worst day and they were so accommodating made me feel calm and safe, it was so very relaxing. If you ever need a moment to relieve stress this is the place to be.
