Five stars without hesitation! I'm so glad I made an appointment after admiring Yvey's haircuts through the window. I've been getting my hair cut each month for about 6 months now and am always happy with the result. He's really good at capturing a look you're going for or helping you discover what cuts look good on you. My picture below in the white shirt was my first cut with Yvey and in the green shirt was a few cuts later giving him some creative freedom. (Don't judge the facial expressions, please.. they're video screenshots) The consistency and attention to detail -- along with the good conversation -- is what keeps me coming back. I’ve watched the other stylists work too, and they’re all doing great cuts for both men and women. I just gravitated to Yvey because his chair is by the window I frequently walk past. Another standout: the products they use. Everything is high quality and free of harsh chemicals, which you can actually feel in your hair. Yvey even let me sample a product before it officially hit the market. If you’re on the fence, book the appointment. You won’t regret it.

Yvey is truly an artist! He approaches hair creatively, with intention, and deep respect for individuality. His cuts are elevated and sculpted and he is a master of color- thoughtful, dimensional, and beautifully balanced. His balayage work on my hair is absolutely stunning!!! What truly sets Yvey apart is how personalized his approach is. He considers your aura and energy, creating a vision for your hairstyle that doesn’t transform but “reveals” the best version of yourself. Beyond his talent, Yvey is an amazing human! He’s warm, friendly, and fascinating to chat with. You’ll leave the salon not only with beautiful hair but also feeling uplifted and inspired. I love that!

I’ve been going to Yvey for years now and he is my go to hair stylist especially for special occasions. As a guy, I really appreciate how attentive the service is and how much care and time goes into my appointments. He always takes into consideration how my hair grows, not just how it looks the day of, so it grows out well and stays looking good weeks later. You can tell there’s a lot of experience and intention behind the work, not just rushing through appointments. Consistent, thoughtful, and high quality every time. Highly recommend Yvey to anyone who wants someone who actually pays attention to the details.

Listen, Yvey is something special! What stands out the most is I’ve never had to explain much what I want. I walk in, talk about what’s going on with me, and he figures out the look that suits me. Without fail! Been coming here for a couple years now. My hair is quite difficult as it’s thick and wavy, most barbers fail to get it right. I’m also very picky with high standards. Anytime I have a request for a certain look, even if it’s completely new, he’s always able to deliver and then some! I also appreciate that he’s able to tell me straight when he thinks something won’t work. Beyond styling, Yvey is a fascinating person, we always have really interesting discussions about many different topics, and I’d like to say we’ve become good friends over time. It’s clear he has true talents and something special. Highly recommend to ANYONE!
