Tanning was fine, no complaints - everything was clean and easy ☺️. My real review is about the customer service: Lauren was an ABSOLUTELY amazing staff. I showed up for a few days on holiday and not only was it the end of her shift every single time (sorry, girl), she would always be so welcoming and friendly and determined to solve my issue of not getting my account created properly (I'm visiting from out of the country in Dubai so it was a bit of a hassle for the ID verification process to get approved, but we ended up getting it). Whenever I would apologize she would say "don't even worry about it, it's my job!" She stayed late both days and it was so appreciated. Honestly I can just tell she was a good person inside and out. That's the type of customer service I hope for when I go out. As someone who has worked customer service for a long time, I know the job can't always be easy to interact with people all day😅, so thanks again so much for Lauren for helping me out through the whole process. I know it was just a tanning session or two, but the customer service experience was really fantastic and they are lucky to have such an employee there ✨!

Just recently started going back to this location and noticed it was very well kept. I have had a couple not so great experiences at this location so I started going elsewhere. I spoke to the manager to show appreciation and he was really friendly and gave great customer service while checking me in. I love zoomtan and it’s nice to know that I can feel comfortable going to this location again.

Although they ended the grandfathered plans, compared to other salons, they are the best. You know what you are paying for, no gimmicks, no tricks, no bs "level" games, they are clean, organized and although the attendants there may have "off" days, I have never had an issue with anyone and they are more than helpful and brutally honest. I have the utmost respect for those traits! I will be renewing.

The east Irondequoit location is good, the staff is always nice and the location is clean. There are just standups, nothing new and fancy but just what you need to get the job done. I will come again, it’s super close to my home so very convenient! Good place 👍
