She was reassuring and advised me on the likely cause and guided me to purchase the best products on the market to help me regain my confidence and improve my hair quality. I had the best experience here back in October! Lily and staff were so kind and amazing. I was traveling to attend a wedding remotely so needed to style my hair myself and was pretty clueless about how to do picture ready hair without a salon as I have frizzy, curly hair. I was taken through different heat tools with great descriptions and we tested them on my hair in store, and I was given tips and products to help. They helped me get the best value too and the last product they transferred from their other store for me the very next day! So thankful for the 11/10 customer service!

I have been buying the products for my hair from here for sometime and all the staff are lovely and very helpful to choose the right ones needed for my hair. I also just went to do the reset scalp spa here and it was so amazing and relaxing ☺️. My hair feels so much better and with the scalp analysis I know to use the right products for my hair. Ayen was very lovely as she was the one who also did my facial along with the scalp spa and made me very comfortable throughout the service. I will be back again to book for another service with her in the future✨.

Haven't had my hair dyed in years now and wanted to go darker for the first time so I was a little nervous. My stylist Sarah was SO amazing, she took so much care and gave great advice regarding colour recommendations. I was lucky to get a cut and colour deal when I booked also so was quite affordable. I felt very pampered by all the staff in the salon. I'm so happy with the result!! Highly recommend and will be back for a headspa experience very soon! 🥰
