I’ve been seeing Njuyen for a while now and she’s amazing! She’s always so welcoming, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable every visit. Her attention to detail is incredible—my nails always come out flawless and last so well. She’s also great about listening to what I want and offering suggestions when I’m unsure. On top of that, the whole experience is relaxing and fun. I always leave feeling pampered and happy with my nails. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients!

Manager Larry at DeSoto Nail Bar is amazing 👏! I went here on Monday February 3rd and ran into a few problems that were out of my control but manager Larry helped to defuse the situation quickly. Larry went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and satisfied. I returned back on today February 6th due to a few minor setback that occurred and once again he didn't hesitate to take care of the issues at hand with professionalism and kindness. In today's economy that's rare to come by...much praise 👏 🙌 🙏 and love ❤️ to this phenomenal young man!!!

I've been here several times but this definitely will be my last...Ok, first, Coco. the receptionist is wonderful, she's nice, welcoming and informative. But my tech Thao is another story, she never said ONE thing to me for the entire hour that she was completing my pedicure. I mean, she didn't say Hi, how are you - made my water cold, didn't ask me what color I wanted (just sat the books next to me), intentionally kept scratching the bottom of my feet with my nails, rubbed my legs for all of 45 seconds, didn't put my shoes on at the end, nor did she raise the side of the seat up so I could get out...but what she DID DO was rush to the register to check me out and ask for a tip. I did give her a tip ($5) but I will never go back when wintergreen nails are kind, professional and courtesy. update on 1/1/2026: had to come due to wintergreen nails being closed...which worked out really well. I had Johnny as a tech and he was fantabulous, very kind, considerate and knowledgeable. He took his time and asked the right questions...I will definitely be back as long as Johnny is there! 🥰
