Absolutely love my balayage! The stylist understood exactly what I wanted, and the color turned out beautifully blended and natural. The salon was welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience relaxing. If you’re thinking about getting a balayage or just want a salon that truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Duo Masters Hair Salon. I recently had my haircut and Olapex treatment with Esma and she was amazing - she did an absolute fantastic job checking my hair, trimmed/styled my hair, gave me advices on how to take care of my hair at home and she was lovely and polite (also, the other staff and hair stylist, Denisa). I couldn’t be happier with my hair right now and I would definitely rebook an appointment to their salon in the future. And also, I already did recommend their salon to my friends and I can’t wait for them to have their hair done at Duo Masters 🥰❤️

I don’t even know where to start, Denisa and her sister are two of the nicest people you will meet. They are so welcoming, they really listen to what you want and also make sure no matter the treatment that they keep your hair healthy. I had booked myself and mum in. We needed colour correction, treatment, balayages and cuts. I am also getting married in a week. Denisa asked me a million times during the process am I happy, as I was having a major change. Even told me I can always go darker again not a problem if I wasn’t happy. Her sister was also incredible taking care of my mum who has psoriasis, never made my mum feel insecure like others have. She massaged her head, if she felt any discomfort rubbed it. She’s never felt comfortable going to anyone and has now vouched to never use a box due but will just pop into the salon. Can I just add I went for a blow dry in Birmingham and the hairdresser there is complimenting my hair!! I could literally go on on and on for days about how incredible the service we received. I will be travelling 3 hours for my hair as I will only ever trust Denisa with it from now on. Thank You girls so so much!! 🤍🤍🤍

I recently visited this salon for grey blending, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Denisa did my hair, and she was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to listen, understood that I wanted to grow out my greys instead of constantly covering them, and explained the whole process clearly. I honestly had no idea how to approach this or even what to ask for. I just knew I was tired of constantly covering my white hairs and wanted a better solution. That’s when Denisa recommended grey blending (it’s not listed on the menu, but you can definitely request it). The results are stunning: my hair looks soft, natural, and the greys seamlessly blended, giving me a fresh, youthful look without being overdone. What made this even more challenging is that my hair was black with thick red highlights, which were difficult to lift. The entire process took about 4 hours from start to finish, and Denisa was so patient and meticulous the whole way through. The salon itself has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the team made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everything was professional yet friendly, which made the experience even better. I strongly recommend this salon, and in particular Denisa, for her expertise in colour services. I’ll definitely be coming back as a regular customer to keep up these incredible results!
