joe is a artist his time is worth the money he charges you ither designing or tattoo work time is money and he is worth what he charges I would rather pay more for a quality tatto its on your body forever or if its bad it has to be covered up joes work is great REMEBER designing and cover up cost more for the time to make what you want to look the way you want it to look and to cover up what you want hidden . and also if your a picky person come prepared with everything to show and explain it to him so he is designing what you want and not what you see.in your head you have to show the man so he knows if he dont know then as an artist he is going to make it look what he knows to be a best fit for the peace but if you wanted to be specific or special in a way then you need to let the man know so he does it correctly and you're not wasting his time your time or your money
