We had a very nice lady who cut my sons hair yesterday 1/29/26 around 12ish? The lady who was cutting hair on the right side of store. Your hair was up high and you had a black and grey shirt YOU DID AMAZING!!!!!!! I forgot to get your name! My sons name is GreysonBlu. I really want YOU to cut his hair from now on! Love it so much!!!

🔴The General Manager ,Terrie reached out to me and set me up to go in a get my hair fixed by another manager. Now I am happy! Thank you Marlene and Terrie! Mistakes happen, people have off days and they were quick to fix the situation! 🔴 I went in yesterday. I showed a picture to the hairstyle list of what I wanted in my hair like And then she proceeds to do what she wanted. She kept saying trim even after I showed her the hairstyle that was drastically shorter than mine. She parted my hair in a weird way and only cut the one side and cut the back. It dawned On me that she only caught one side Of my head But I wasn’t entirely sure so I waited until I got home to doublecheck because sometimes I spaced out when people are talking to me or talking to other people. This woman did not touch bangs, left Pieces I’m the length untouched so they are drastically longer than the rest. I’m looking like I’m rocking a mullet/bob. I don’t know if I want to cry or laugh. It was an older woman with short blonde hair, who cut mine. I’ve never had any issues with anybody else. I want it fixed up, but I don’t want that woman touching my head again.
