Heather has been absolutely amazing for both my husband and me. She truly listens to what we want and delivers every single time. She’s attentive, skilled, and somehow makes the whole appointment so much fun — we always leave laughing. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she represents the company so well. She’s professional, warm, and just an overall rockstar. The salon is extremely fortunate to have her — she easily has the talent to be running her own top-level salon. Honestly, Heather is the reason we keep coming back. We appreciate her more than she knows!

My husband needs a walker to get around, and the young lady who took care of him noticed right away that I was not going to be able to handle the situation and keep the door open. She quickly rushed to the door, sat him down, signed him in, and took great care of him. I am very thankful that she stepped in to help us. She was quick, efficient, and so kind. My husband was very pleased with his haircut as well. Thank you, NORMA!
