Called this salon whilst visiting from the uk what wonderful people they are. my hair was extremely damaged and lost in places due to health and anxiety, but Ashley had a cancellation and they slipped me right in same day, she gave such good advice and made me feel so comfortable about the issues, and gave me a very cheeky pixie look that i just love, one lady you would trust with a razor thank you so much Ashley you are a star. lisa x

I lost a LOT of my hair due to stress. I had gone two other places that just cut it how they thought it should be cut. My daughter told me about Ashley. She spent time talking to me and about what she thought would be a good idea. It worked!! She was upfront with me and explained what she was going to do at every one of my appointments. It took a long time but we made it. I love what she has done with my hair. I can't express enough how happy I am.

I was very impressed as soon I walk in it was like you were greeted with kindness and my hair stylist was Andrea at 3820 FM 3009 suit 108 ,as soon I explained about my hair needs , she understood my concerns & she knew immediately what Aveda products to use! & my hair feel incredible and I really would recommend her to my friends and anyone who looking for a great hairstylist.❤️

Well, I gave myself a home perm and it absolutely destroyed my hair. So, I set an appointment with a wonderful stylist named Ashley. She was so sweet and understanding and made me feel right at home. She walked me through recommendations to help repair my hair. She did a ten minute treatment on my hair then she gave me the cutest haircut taking off all the damage but leaving the healthy hair in a darling textured bob. She sent me home with a treatment to use once a week. She listened to me and made it so easy for me to communicate what I needed and wanted. I left the salon feeling so great about myself. Thank you sweet Ashley! I will see you in 8 weeks! By the way, K.Charles salon’s staff is so friendly and so professional. The footprint inside the salon is set up so nicely into sections so you get a personalized experience during your appointment. I highly recommend with 5 stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t say enough about this salon. It is truly a hidden gem right here in Schertz! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are treated like royalty. The entire experience feels very luxurious and they have such great promos for your first visits, it honestly feels like a steal! Victoria handled my primary appointments, and she is incredible. She is so professional and talented- I thought she was the manager lol so I complimented her on her team. Andrea helped with my blowout, and she was equally amazing. Both are very experienced, knowledgeable stylists who make you feel so beautiful. Even the front desk staff set the tone from the first phone call. They are so warm and welcoming. The energy in the salon is just GOOD! Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there, and it makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I have been twice so far and each time I have left feeling like the most beautiful version of myself. I am so glad I discovered this place in my own community. Highly recommend!!!!!
