Took my 3 year old daughter for her first hair cut and was amazed at the wonderful customer service we received. Staff was super friendly and made her feel welcomed. Was even given a certificate, before and after pic, and a lock of hair. Was also given a balloon and lollipop. Daughter was happily telling everyone for days about her hair cut!

Took our son for his first haircut. We didn't have an appointment and waited about an hour before we where able to be seen. I would definitely recommend making an appointment otherwise the wait times might be a bit. One customer showed up 30min early for her appointment and they still saw her before us. There where 2 stylists working. However, The environment was perfect for kids and the staff where very friendly! We took part in the First Haircut Package: which includes a certificate and photos of before and after. As well as a keepsake lock of hair. It made the experience even more special. We look forward to his next haircut here !

One proud mama here! I got tired of my husband cutting my son‘s hair and leaving Hair everywhere at home, so decided to go to the professionals. My son was greeted warmly by Candice and handed an Xbox controller in which he was able to play a Nickelodeon racing game the entire time. He was in heaven, I was scrolling on Instagram, loving life and enjoying the fact that I get to come home to a clean home without hair everywhere! So thanks guys! You are the best and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Best experience for my 2 year old granddaughter's 1st haircut. Our stylist was awesome not only did she have great communication, she made my granddaughter feel comfortable. I so recommend it here, I know we will be going back again.

First time visiting! It was a little chaotic inside, but I thought it was really cool that they have two seats where the kids can play games (perfect for the older elementary crowd). I also loved that we were able to just walk in! We had Candace, and she was amazing — she gave us tons of great info and tips about curly hair. She was super sweet with my little one and made the experience fun by keeping her entertained with conversation. She also gave me some tips and pointers about my daughter’s fine curly hair which is so appreciated!! The receptionist was great too! It was a bit hectic with all the walk-ins and appointments going on, but totally understandable. A littttle too pricey but, for now it’s ok. My daughter left happy, and that’s all that matters to me. :)
