I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. Many years ago I tried extensions, they ruined my lash and every morning I woke with muck in my eyes. Just recently I work colleague had her lashes done here. They look amazing!! reluctantly I tried lashes again. Best decision ever. Ella my technician is brilliant. My lashes look so natural and Ella gave me so many options for style. I constantly get complaints. And morning wake-up NO muckyeyes!!! Ella has such a lovely presence and calming I fall asleep everytime ! The premises is extremely clean and staff are brilliant. Ella you should be very proud of your work. I’ve even had other technicians (brow tattooist). Remark on how you have done such a good job. Nails. OMGAWD. Beyond words about technician Ayumi !! What a gem she is. In the past I’ve had my nails done at those cheap get you in get you out quick businesses . My nails were roughly done, bumpy and hurt when being done. I didn’t know how your nails were actually meant to be done until I booked with Ayumi. Not only do my nails look absolutely natural and fabulous, so do my toenails!!!!!! The time taken and attention to detail OUTSTANDING!! your work is amazing Ayumi you truly care about clients. You to should be very proud. You have made me look after my hands especially at work, my nails are just so beautiful !! I can’t thank both you girls enough for making me feel confident and good about myself. I am a lash technician and have been for 8 years. I have a salon in NZ but I didn’t let the Lash House staff know until after my service. I was here for a conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre and desperately searched for a lash technician who could fit me in last minute and after searching online for a few hours and reading the reviews from the Lash House, I squeezed me in. As a lash technician I am always nervous about someone doing my lashes other than my own staff - and can I just say - if I lived here in Melbourne I would be a regular client here as my lashes look absolutely amazing! I slept right through my appt, the comfort of the bed was amazing, the technician was so gentle and no irritation at all afterwards! I got a natural hybrid set! The aftercare instructions given were thorough! Thank you Lash House ❤️

I’ve had my lashes here a few times and I’m never disappointed at their work. I’ve consistently been happy with how they’ve made my eyes pop and I feel so beautiful after I leave!
