I've had only positive experiences with this location over many years! Recently, I started working with Rochelle, who inspired me to start the monthly membership. I also gifted my spouse one of my sessions with Rochelle, and my spouse had such a great experience, he TOO setup a membership! Her ability to meet both of our needs (we have very different preferences for pressure) is impressive. She makes both of us feel comfortable and she is very professional.

My little sister who is a member set me up with this appointment at Massage Envy with the service of a facial, my sister did it for my birthday. I have never ever been to a Spa … EVER!!!! The Host who was there to greet me as soon as I came in, smiling and courteous took me in and had offered me water upon my arrival. I was then handed a iPad and she explained exactly the process of making selections on iPad and it was very simple and user friendly. The questions are based on skin care, concerns, and signing for consent. I have to say I’m so FLOORED & IMPRESSED! From the moment I walked in to the moment up until I met Silvia, my Spa Tech booked for my first Facial, I was taken aback by the Fact that I was being pampered and became emotional. Silvia was so sweet and when she learned I had never had a facial she explained every detail of the service she was providing from tools, to the reason why she was doing each step. I was there in a warm bed where she then also massaged my neck, shoulders, down to my hands I was incredibly tense and the moment Silvia finished I was relieved. I would DEFINITELY come back and recommend & would love to have Silvia be the one to help Beautify Me! Thank you so Much Massage Envy! I’ll be sure to Spread the Word!

My LMT, Kit, is amazing! Her recommendations are spot-on and she has really reduced the pain from my bad posture and stress. The Franklin staff is also very pro and friendly. Quality can vary across a chain but this location is fabulous! update: Still love coming here and Kit is the best, though the other therapists I've tried have also been very good. The best thing about coming over time is that I can really see changes in my body, posture and flexibility. It's also a chill, soothing place where everyone feels welcome. Thanks guys!
