Customer Reviews for MassageLuXe Franklin
Garnett Hollis — 5/5 (via Google)
This was one of my most relaxing massages ever. My masseuse made me feel really comfortable. Brandelle really worked out all the knots and tight muscles I had. She was very attentive to what areas I wanted her to concentrate on but the full body experience was just as great. I will definitely be back to see her.
Rienna Moravec — 5/5 (via Google)
Madison did such an excellent job with my facial! She made me feel so relaxed with how well she massages and cleaned my face and decolletage area. I recently got a facial from the Gaylord opryland spa and the one I got with Madison was much better. I also appreciated that when she asked what my skincare routine was, she didn’t follow it up by more questions or suggestions to make me feel I was wrong in what I do like so many other facial consults do. Would highly recommend her!

I was gifted a massage for my birthday and boy am I glad!! From start to finish, this location was amazing. Nate was insanely talented! I have experienced many many massages at high end resorts around the world as well as medical & physical therapy massages. This was hands down top 3. Massage Luxe is blessed to have him on their staff. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, I will absolutely be back as long as he is working there!

The woman at the front was amazing! I came in asking for a gift for my sister, she was awesome and jumped into the different options. She explained everything perfectly! Keep her and give her a raise! It was fantastic customer service! Will recommend! Thank you and happy holidays!
