I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience renting at The Phenix Salon Suites in SODO. From day one, Cyro the landlord was phenomenal. He was always communicative, easy to reach, and genuinely dedicated to keeping the space clean and welcoming. The entire environment was friendly and drama free, which is such a rare gem in this business. If I ever step back into this line of work, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rent from Cyro again. Five stars all the way!

I went there for the first time ever today and saw Gail, owner of Soft Aesthetics. I have had many massages with many different people in my 61 years and I can tell you that she was the very best I've ever had! She's so kind and professional, her studio is beautiful and comfortable and I sure hope she insured those hand, because God works thru those hands- I felt like I was in heaven! Thank you Gail and I'll see you soon

I had my own suite inside of Phenix Salon. Had a great experience at the suite. Clean and well maintained. Management is good with communication. I would recommend if you’re looking to provide a private experience to your clients. 10/10

Phenix in SoDo is an amazing location! We rented a suite there for the last five years. We started with just one suite and eventually our business grew and we rented a second one. The location here is great, easy access from I-4, several restaurants and of course Target in the plaza helps not only with foot traffic but also makes getting things for both yourself and your clients super convenient. We have definitely loved it here. We were able to really make each suite our own and had a lot more freedom to personalize the space then any other suite rental salons we had seen. The owner of this location keeps the location looking pristine and takes great care of the salon and the tenants. When things are broken they are fixed right away, the paint and flooring is always being touched up to make the place look its best and the owner is onsite often making sure everything is is going well. During our five years here we were able to grow our business to the point that last month we actually had to expand into a stand alone location. We were sad to leave our suites that we had been in for so long but are very grateful that this place gave us the opportunity to grow our business and provide us a home for five great years. If you are looking for a place to start your own business I highly recommend this location! It really provides you with a great platform to grow and allows you to focus on growing your clientele and develop you business without the stresses that come with other alternatives.
