I saw Nurse Jess for my lip consult and injection. She was so friendly and personable. She was knowledgeable in her field and recommended treatment based on your lip shape and availability to handle treatment. She walked me through the steps and followed up with a check in a few days later. So far I am happy with the results

I had my lip filler done by Nurse Jess, and I cannot say enough great things about her! She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and explaining every step so I felt completely confident and at ease. Her attention to detail and expertise really show in her work. My results are absolutely stunning! My lips look fuller, beautifully shaped, and still very natural—exactly what I was hoping for. Jess truly has an amazing eye for aesthetics, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving her clients the best possible outcome. Nurse Jess is truly one of the best injectors out there! She is so gentle, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to your wants and concerns. I always feel heard and comfortable in her care. She’s incredibly thorough and has such a great eye for detail. My results are always beautiful and natural 💗 Nurse Jacqui is also awesome and incredibly knowledgeable 💗 I absolutely love all the staff at Pink Med Spa! Everyone is so welcoming, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in! Can’t recommend them enough!

After my hair appointment at Halo Salon, I stopped into Pink Medspa on a whim to see what services they offer. I was first greeted by the bright, cheery, and very pink decor--a fun departure from the sterile/medical interiors of the medspas I've visited before. The receptionist was extremely friendly and informative. When I asked some questions, she asked me to wait a moment to see if one of the practitioners was available for a walk-in consult. She then walked me back to Dr. Jami (DNAP) who answered all of my questions: medical concerns, costs of services, expected outcomes, differences between the various options for similar results, and differences between Pink Medspa's services and ones I've received elsewhere. She took her time to ensure I was comfortable and let me control the decision making over which services I felt I would benefit from most and when to engage their services. Based on the thorough conversation with Dr. Jami, I decided to move forward with two services on the spot. She checked her schedule and explained that she had another patient scheduled for a brief service and that if I could wait, then she could attend to me. Dr. Jami then had me review three medical forms digitally and sign the standard medical waivers. After a brief wait (15 minutes or less, if I were to estimate), she returned, made sure I was confortable, and then talked me through the procedures as she performed them. She checked-in with me quite often as she performed my services, taking short breaks as I needed them and encouraging me. I was put at ease by the atmosphere, the staff, and Dr. Jami. As soon as Dr. Jami was finished, she let me review her work and talked with me about care of my service sites while they heal. She then encouraged several members of the staff, including the owner, to review her work and they all gave me positive feedback about the effects. One final note: I am trans. They knew that from the start and never "othered" me or made me feel uncomfortable or otherwise unwelcome. In fact, Dr. Jami took into account this fact when advising me about these procedures, future procedures, expectations, and how best to implement these services to achieve my facial goals.
