Billy was phenomenal from start to finish! Right when we walked in he knew who we were and what we were there for. He made sure to acknowledge our daughter and make her feel at ease. The magic tricks and jokes also helped the process as well as his explaining of every step. His approach made our daughter feel like she was in control and he was not going to do anything she did not want. 10/10 recommend Billy! Signed one at ease mother and 1 happy 4 year old!

He pierced my 11‑month‑old daughter’s ears and her dad’s, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He uses a needle — no piercing guns — and his technique is clean, precise, and clearly backed by real expertise. The shop itself is spotless, and you can tell he takes safety seriously. Billy is also one of the sweetest, most accommodating people you’ll ever meet. He made both of us feel completely at ease, and he was so gentle and patient with my daughter that she actually hugged him afterward — and she’s usually very shy with new people. He walked us through everything, was thorough but quick, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. I’ve been to other piercers before, and none compare to Billy. I would recommend him to anyone, especially parents looking for a safe, calm, and professional experience for their child. He’s the best.

I took my 3-month-old daughter to get her ears pierced here, and I also got a second piercing on my earlobes. Billy, who did them was incredibly sweet, gentle, and patient with both of us. I felt so comfortable that I came back within a week to get even more piercings! Everything is healing beautifully. The prices may be a bit on the higher side, but they truly match the quality of his work. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with my baby’s ears. Plus, he’s got some great stories to tell while you’re in the chair! Highly recommend. 💎✨

I got my navel pierced by a shop on Broad St. - it wasn't centered & you can't even see the bottom ball that's inside my navel. Luckily, I did another Google search & found Billy. I'm glad I did. He examined my navel piercing, gave great advice, & wouldn't suggest another navel piercing (I wanted a double navel piercing). I appreciate his honesty. He is very knowledgeable - which made it easy to relax. I wanted the surface tragus as well. He explained the process, I laid back & it was over just like that. I wanted just regular balls on the ends of the bar & not the shiny cz - Billy gave me exactly what I wanted. 😁 I left with a smile & felt good about my experience. No blood, very little swelling - just a little tenderness. I Will be going back to Billy for ALL future piercings. Thx Billy for being who you are - you're the greatest. Thank you! 10/10

BILLY IS AMAZING! I took my daughter somewhere else to get pierced while we were out of town and I was second guessing the placement. Billy didn’t do her original piercings but I took her to Billy for a second opinion on placement and it was an amazing experience. I had my son with me as well and he made them feel so welcome in his shop. He was so fun and personable and helped reassure me about my daughter’s piercing placement. Both my kids loved their experience at Billy’s shop. I would recommend anyone who wants to pierce their kiddos to come here ❤️
