The red light therapy at The Salt Cave is exceptional—relaxing, professional, and noticeably effective. We’ve been long-time customers, and the space is always calm and immaculately maintained. After each session, we feel reduced muscle tension and a clear boost in overall energy. It’s a high-quality experience that consistently delivers real results and keeps us coming back.

What a rejuvenating experience. We enjoyed the infrared sauna before a private guided sound healing meditation in a cozy salt cave. We weren’t sure what to expect but were very happy with the results. This is the best place to relax, unwind, and heal. Maria was amazing and I am excited to return!

After experiencing a respiratory issue, my friends suggested that a salt cave would be beneficial, so they accompanied me, and we found this wonderful place. I found it to be very beautiful and relaxing. A big thank you to Maria for her hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!

We had the best girls’ night out at Salt Therapy Grotto & Spa! 🌿✨ Maria, the owner, went above and beyond to make it a whole experience from the peaceful salt cave to the incredible sound healing and oracle cards. It was relaxing, unique, and so much fun to share with friends. We’ll definitely be back! 💫
