Customer Reviews for Serenity Spa Maui

We had a couples massage booked for the morning after my husband and I arrived in Maui for our honeymoon. We had a tough day of travel and ended up getting in several hours later than expected, needing extra sleep. Elisabeth and Hannah were incredibly accommodating when we asked if we could reschedule, and it meant the whole world! Their massages were top notch, with every little detail. Complete with a beautiful sound bath at the end, featuring their magical singing bowl, which was spared by the Lahaina fire. Book this spot!

My sister and I got our mom a facial and a 90 minute massage for her birthday, and she had an incredible experience. Her facial was with Marisa, who was very sweet and left my mom’s skin GLOWING. She came out looking and smelling amazing. She doesn’t usually pamper herself like that which made it extra special. She also had the best massage of her LIFE with Joel! She has back problems and is getting on a long flight home tomorrow so she got a therapeutic massage, but it was still extremely relaxing and felt great. Not only was he extremely professional and respectful, he also shared helpful knowledge about sciatica that she can use in the future. Also, I was texting with the owner coordinating her appointment over several days, and she was extremely sweet and responsive. Thank you everyone at Serenity Spa for helping my mom feel pampered, relaxed, and healed for her birthday! An extra thank you to Marisa and Joel!

On a recent trip to Maui, my daughter and I booked massages at Serenity Spa Maui. We selected Serenity Spa Maui in part due to its great reviews but also because their business was lost in the 2023 fire and we want to support the recovery of the Lahaina community. Located close to the bypass in a medical building in Lahaina, Serenity Spa Maui is a quiet, relaxing oasis for massage therapy. We met with Elizabeth and Namfon. My daughter was treated by Elizabeth and received a deep tissue massage. She reports that Elizabeth had good, consistent pressure and didn’t contact her spine while deep treating. She also applied hot rocks to particularly tight areas. I was looking more for relaxation than deep tissue therapy. Namfon did a great job. She has a gentle, but firm touch and I found myself drifting off several times. We highly recommend Elizabeth and Namfon at Serenity Spa Maui for a relaxing massage.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience today! They were able to accommodate a couple’s massage with a day’s notice & we had such a relaxing rainy day Maui. Joel & Siya were super professional, checked in during our massage to make sure everything was comfortable & we’re super attentive. Quiet, relaxing space. Happy to support a local business & wishing you the best as you grow in your new home. ♥️

My husband and I had a couples massage for valentines. This was the best massage I’ve ever had! Perfect pressure, hot towels, hot rocks, the right amount of oil. Good communication. Elizabeth worked out every kink and tight spot in my back and neck. I’ll be back again! Highly recommend!!
