Customer Reviews for Spa Montage Kapalua Bay
Alyson Lewis — 5/5 (via Google)
Had the absolute best day at Spa Montage. My massage with Bo was truly one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. I had my massage in an outdoor Hale and it was incredibly peaceful and I loved the fresh open air. The full experience from checking in, the kindest staff to show you around, and the pool, saunas, and hydration area were all just magical. I highly recommend coming here over any other spas on the island! Plan to spend a good amount of time before and after your treatment here too, makes it a whole experience. Thank you Bo and everyone, can’t wait to come back!

Massage therapist “Bo” at Spa Montage Kapalua Bay is extraordinary. He has a true gift of healing hands and a calming, grounding presence that invites the body to soften and trust. His intuition is remarkable. He listens deeply to what the body is asking for and responds with effortless precision. The massage felt like a quiet, beautifully led dance that was fluid, intentional, and deeply attuned, guiding my body gently back into alignment. Without question, the best massage I’ve ever received. The spa itself was wonderful, clean, serene, and inviting, with friendly and accommodating staff who made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. An all around exceptional experience.

EXACTLY what I hoped for and experienced! It was the highlight of my trip! Great access to the nice gym, clean lockers, and friendly staff! They were fully stocked with towels, water, sunscreen, sandals, and snacks. Loved the peaceful pool area, steam room, sauna, and the Hawaiian style massage was even more special with the outdoor experience. Definitely less busier in the morning, but overall very relaxing, and I would 100% come back the time I’m in Maui.
Nicole McCoy — 5/5 (via Google)
Wonderful experience. The spa is beautiful, plenty of amenities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzis, pools). I had the Soothing Renewal Facial with Dani and it was excellent. I was worried since the weather was not great but it was still great and we were able to go outside in the rain as there were covered lounge chairs. We will definitely be back!
Julihanna Harris — 5/5 (via Google)
This place is amazing. We did a couples massage for our honeymoon and it was one of the best massages we’ve ever had. The facilities are incredible, the staff is very friendly, and the views are breath taking. Highly recommend. Ask for Bo! He is the best!!
