I’m writing this review to share both sides of my experience, because it truly deserves to be told. My first visit did not go as planned. I came in for an all-over color and ended up pivoting from my original idea, as the appointment type did not match my ideas. I had concerns about whether my hair would hold red due to how light my ends were, and I asked multiple times. I was reassured it would be fine, so I trusted the process. When I left the salon, everything initially seemed okay. However, once I got home and really saw my hair in different lighting, I realized how intensely bright and fiery my roots were. I was not given any specific aftercare instructions, and because the color looked so drastic, I made the decision to wash it, hoping it would soften and blend. Unfortunately, after washing and styling my hair, it became clear that the color had not taken evenly. I was left with very hot roots and uneven, patchy ends. It was discouraging and honestly affected my confidence, especially with important work meetings coming up. I reached out to the salon, feeling disappointed and unsure of what to do. What happened next is why I’m giving this salon five stars. I was scheduled with Paola for a correction, and she absolutely saved the day. She listened. She cared. She explained everything. She treated my concerns with respect and kindness and never made me feel uncomfortable for speaking up. She took what felt like a disaster and turned it into something beautiful. I walked out feeling confident, excited, and honestly better than myself. She gave me the perfect pre-birthday hair and completely restored my trust. Paola didn’t just fix my hair. She saved a customer. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled, and this salon handled mine with professionalism and heart. I’m grateful for the care I received and especially for Paola’s talent, patience, and compassion. Thank you for making things right.

I especially want to highlight my esthetician, Felicia, whom I’ve been seeing for over a year now. She is truly one of a kind. Felicia is not only kind, patient, and understanding, but she is also exceptional at what she does. Every appointment with her feels comfortable, safe, and personalized. She takes the time to make sure you feel at ease and confident, and it genuinely shows how much she cares about her clients and her craft. Ingridy is amazing! Ive had my hair extensions for years and have had many blowouts done by lots of stylists and yesterday I was complimented and asked who did my hair!! 10 times !!! and even the next day compliments. From hubby and my staff !!Highly recommend!
