I thought I would give a new hairdresser a go. I was not dissapointed. As a walk in to the Warringah store, I was met with a smile and seated quickly. I asked for the half head of foils package and was made aware straight away that I would need to pay a small additional amount for my longer hair. It was wonderful being quoted the total before starting and actually being charged this at the end. A special mention to my hairdresser Scarlett. The colour was the best I have ever had, the cut was perfect. I have only good things to say. For a busy salon, everyone jumped in to tend to the desk, calls and help eachother when needed. Also to the lovely young lady with the purple/pink hair, your manners and customer service were refreshing, please dont change. I will be back and can highly recommend this salon.

It was only recently I stumbled on this fantastic salon right under my nose. Pass it often and only saw products at the front. Having been to some other salons closer to home and got a bit of attitude and arrogance free of charge, I was drawn by some color regrowth specials, but that was 6 months or more ago. But I’ve not been disappointed since. It’s hard to believe that during such a busy hi stress time there’s always a smile to greet you. Sincerely. Never see a sour face. Oh my gosh service at a next level. Thank you so much for fitting my daughter in this morning for a few foils… as she box dyed her hair and it went orange! Thank you to gorgeous Emily for fitting her in between her clients and to Shannon for making it work for us. I’m delighted and a happy customer. Emily even consulted me on a hair colour for myself and gave me great advice. I highly recommend the dream team here at warringah.
