Had a razor cut and tiny part of sides shaved with Donna. This was actually to correct a poor attempt at what I wanted from a different salon 4 months earlier where I lost a lot of hair for no reason, and was very nervous. I walked out with exactly what I wanted. She was friendly, very professional and really listened to me which was a relief ! Absolutely my new hairdresser.

The stylists were all really professional, friendly and welcoming. My appointment was first thing on a Monday morning so the salon was lovely and relaxing. The stylists asked all the right questions and listened to my needs, so I felt very looked after. The result was amazing, I am super happy with my half head highlights and cut.

I used to be a regular in London but I've not been to a Toni & Guy salon for 10+ years and I have always wanted to go back because I've always been more than satisfied with their service. I am finally able to return to Toni & Guy and I couldn't have picked a better branch than Hitchin. The lady on reception was friendly and the guy that washed my hair gave me an incredible scalp massage! Anne Marie was my stylist and listened to everything I said during the consultation and looked at my pictures for reference. We both agreed on the best cut for me. She really took in to account my unruly curly/wavy hair and created a cut and style that I truly love. I am so happy I have booked in for another appointment with Anne Marie in 6 weeks. Thanks to the whole team for making it such a great experience! It reminds me of why I love Toni and Guy so much.
