Customer Reviews for Ultimate Tattoo Supply

I had ordered a FK Flux max from Ultimate about a month ago. About 2 weeks into using it, the machine stopped working. I was super frazzled and upset but they were so kind and understanding my situation. Considering it was so early into the use of the machine, they allowed me to return it and rectified the situation. Everyone on the support team was super helpful! Thank you guys!

Used them back in 2024. Ordered received it no problem I placed an order for two fake skins. December 23 2025. Today is January 10. Checked site. Order wasn’t even Processed yet. I called. Order won’t be sent until the end of January? WHAT? It did not say anything of the sort when I ordered it. Why do I have to wait over a month for them to even PROCESS my order of two pieces of A Pound Of Flesh??? Where is it coming from ? China? B sides the fact that the order was 35 bucks 10 bucks for shipping!!! I don’t think I will be using this company for ANY supplies. The company has got to be a joke if you have to wait over a month for an order. SINCE THIS POST ULTIMATE DID CONTACT ME VIA E - mail. Apologizing that the order took so long. They stated that they make the A Pound of Flesh so it takes a little longer, besides the holiday traffic. They SHOULD put that information on their add page for that particular product!! All they would have to do is say Made here to order. If there is any in stock. You put THAT on the add page for APOF. Just a suggestion. Anyway they sent out the order a day or two AFTER the First part of this review. They also said they would return the shipping cost in 1 to 10 business days. I feel like they made it right. The BEST they could do under the circumstances. And I learned if I order APOF I should probably call first to see how long it will be before I place my order. I said above I wouldn’t use this company again , but they made things right. To me customer service is the most important aspect of ANY purchase. Crappy customer service you get crappy business. Customer service made me feel good about purchasing here because now I KNOW the companies CS will handle any problems that arise. Thank you Ultimate Tattoo for making things right!! I will shop there in the future.
